在spring+hibernate中，由于基于hibernatedaosupport的dao组件必须获得sessionfactory的引用，因此可以
让所有的DAO组件继承一个DAO模版，在其中防止其公用的部分，比如如下设置是很好的实践

   上面用abstract，指定了该模版是个抽象的BEAN，其他的DAO组件用parent来实现继承
