使用如下扩展包时出现

torann/geoip

解决办法一：

将.env文件中的配置项

CACHE_DRIVER=file

改成

CACHE_DRIVER=array

解决方法二：

改成

CACHE_DRIVER=redis

然后执行

composer require predis/predis
php artisan cache:clear
