下载完安装包后，点击安装，弹出提示框：

试了好几个版本，最后我安装成功的版本地址：https://get.enterprisedb.com/postgresql/postgresql-11.2-1-windows-x64.exe

安装过程操作：
取消勾选即不安装Stack Builder插件
