2、执行命令：

C:\Users\Administrator\Desktop\>mvn dependency:get -DremoteRepositories=https://mvnrepository.com/ -DgroupId=com.clickhouse -DartifactId=clickhouse-jdbc -Dversion=0.3.2

3、文件位置：查看mvn/conf/settings.xml 里参数
