关闭xcode

Quit Xcode

断开连接在电脑上的设备

Disconnect the device

在终端里输入：sudo pkill usbmuxd

In a terminal window, type:sudo pkill usbmuxd(it will be restarted again automatically)

重新打开Xcode

Restart Xcode

连接设备到电脑

Connect the device

问题解决。
