qtdesigner就在python目录下：.\Python36\Lib\site-packages\pyqt5-tools。

pyqt5_tools需要在 pycharm settings Tools External Tools

安装Pyinstaller
刚才好像少了一个Py

python3.7 打包成exe的一种方法 pyinstaller​

pip install pyinstaller

pyinstaller -F -w inst.py

最后pyinstaller 打包的时候 还是有一些dll没有打包进去，暂时就先到这里了。
