方法一：

public static Long getCurrentTime() {

        return floorValue * 60;
    }

方法二：

        calendar.setTimeInMillis(timestamp);
        calendar.set(Calendar.SECOND, 0);
        return calendar.getTimeInMillis() / 1000;
    }
