git clone 时遇到 gnutls_handshake() failed: The TLS connection was non-properly terminated.
原因：代理设置出错

解决方案：重置代理

git config --global  --unset https.https://github.com.proxy 
git config --global  --unset http.https://github.com.proxy 

若需使用代理，http协议和socket协议的配置分别如下，以8080端口为例：

git config --global http.https://github.com.proxy http://127.0.0.1:8080
git config --global https.https://github.com.proxy https://127.0.0.1:8080

socket
