2.在package.xml中添加功能包依赖

3.修改CatemakeList.txt
 (1)添加包依赖
 
 (2)添加配置项
add_message_files(FILES Person.msg)
generate_messages(DEPENDENCIES std_msgs)
 
(3)创建运行依赖
 catkin_package(message_runtime)
4.工作空间下,catmake编译

7.编译
 工作空间下catkin_make
8.运行
 (1)runcore
 (2)rosrun learning_topic person_subscriber
 (3)rosrun learning_topic person_publisher
 两者之间进行通信
