在日常检测中,经常碰到很多曲面检测,这些曲面零件指定的基准位置无法用常规的方法找正,此时就必须根据零件实际情况,在曲面上选择六点,这六点应尽可能的覆盖整个曲面零件,而且是有实际意义的检测点。通过这样的点建立出来的坐标系才是有实际意义的。这种利用自由曲面的六点就可以实现零件找正的方法即为自由曲面的六点找正。
