问题描述：
在idea上运行spark代码，连接kafka时，报java.io.IOException: (null) entry in command string: null chmod 0644 的错误。
原因：
缺失了hadoop.dll文件
解决方法：
将hadoop.dll文件拷贝到 C:\windows\system32 下
