1.具体故障表现：
在AIX 7100-04-03-1642版本操作系统上安装ORACLE 12.1.0.2版本GRID集群软件时，运行root.sh脚本正常构建集群； 之后图形界面脚本之后的操作，在进行mgmt数据库创建时，遇到异常ORA-00449: background process 'MMON' unexpectedly terminated with error 448，具体日志如下(日志文件位置图形界面会有提示)：

2.故障原因及解决步骤：
问题原因是遇到了BUG: Bug 22832149 - SHUTDOWN FAILS WITH ORA-449 "BACKGROUND PROCESS 'MMON' UNEXPECTEDLY TERMINATED. 此BUG是特定于AIX 7.1 TL4 SP1 (or AIX 7.2 TL0)上安装RAC集群12.1.0.2 时触发。 参考MOS官方文档： Database shutdown fails: ORA-00449: background process 'MMON' unexpectedly terminated with error 448 (文档 ID 2111305.1) How to Apply a Grid Infrastructure Patch Before root script (root.sh or rootupgrade.sh) is Executed? 3.解决步骤大致如下：
1. 问题发生在集群软件安装阶段，因此可以重新安装集群软件，注意不要图形界面选择自动运行root.sh脚本；
2. 在重新安装到图形界面弹出运行root.sh脚本窗口时，安装补丁。具体安装的补丁名称为19582630、20117253、23089357：
3. 运行root.sh安装集群软件即可正常。 我使用的补丁安装顺序是，补丁安装是否有顺序要求不确定： 20117253 23089357 19582630
4.遇到的其它问题：
在节点2上使用和节点1相同的补丁安装方法时报错，之后图形界面不动，手动从命令行将节点1的软件目录/u01/app/进行tar打包，然后传输、解压到节点2，使用opatch lsinv验证此时两节点均打了相应补丁,之后进行图形界面提示跑root.sh脚本等即可：
